  • Handle client follow-ups, inquiries, and build positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Coordinate internal meetings, sales reports, and assist in lead tracking.
  • Assist in organizing marketing campaigns and client engagement activities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales paperwork and compliance documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and advisors to ensure smooth service delivery.
