Floor Supervisor (Hospitality)

Requirements:

• Prior experience in fine dining, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skillswithproficiency in English.
• Passionate about hospitality, service excellence, and teamwork.
• Ability to remain composed and professional in a high-pressure environment.
• Well-groomed appearance and a sophisticated, welcoming personality.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Fine dining or Michelin-level experience is an advantage.

We are looking for a dedicated and service-driven Fine Dining Butlerto join our Michelin 1-Star Thai Fine Dining restaurant in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will deliverexceptional guest experiences, ensure seamless service flow, and maintain the highest hospitality standards in a refined fine dining environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Provide expert menu guidance, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing recommendations.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns, special requests, or feedback promptly.
• Effectively coordinate with superiors and team members to ensure smooth communication, seamless service execution, and a well-organized dining experience.
• Ensure tables are properly set, cleared, and turned over efficiently while upholding fine dining standards.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized dining area.
• Manage and update the reservation system, ensuring policies and guest preferences are accurately recorded.
• Assist with VIP guest services and special events when required.
