Requirements
  • Basic knowledge on Google Sheet and Excel.
  • Able to follow established procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
  • SPM graduate or equivalent, additional experience in related fields is a plus.
Contract durations: 3 months (Renewable)
Work arrangement: Work in Office (Mercu2)

Work hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30 am - 6.30 pm

Job Description
  • Download Sijil Setem from LHDN STAMPS System.
  • Upload the obtained Sijil Setem into the designated shared folder.
  • Verify the submitted income document authenticity.
  • Input the stated (or estimated) income from the collected document (e.g. salary slip, bank statement, EPF, tax declaration) into the system.
  • Ensure the accuracy of the reporting tracker.
  • Collaborate with team members to address any discrepancies and maintain data integrity.
  • Assist in any additional data-related tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
