Task included: -
  • To ensure accounts receivable are collected on time and provide updates on collection status
  • To ensure payments are collected within credit terms
  • To prepare monthly financial statements, payment receipts and credit note
  • To perform inspection for all customer return goods and issue claim forms to customers
  • To prepare monthly sales aging to the salesperson
  • To contact overdue customers for payment collection
  • To prepare salesperson claims
  • To follow up on customer collection status and provide updates
  • To issue official receipts and credit note for discount vouchers or payment discounts
  • To prepare and maintain records of payment vouchers and perform online payments
  • To report to superior on any discrepancy or findings in daily records or transactions.
