Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in related field.
- Required language(s): Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates who can speak Mandarin is preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Strong skills in costing calculations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels, including conducting presentations to principals and dealers.
- Must be self-driven, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel as required.
- Highly motivated and talented individuals with an IT background.
- Coordinate and manage channel development, geo-expansion, product planning, and portfolio positioning.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, ensuring alignment with monthly and quarterly targets.
- Continuously review product performance to maintain top-tier distribution rankings.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams, branches, and channel partners to ensure campaign effectiveness.
- Stay alert to market trends and competitors’ activities to support strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with principals and brand partners to enhance product visibility and business alignment.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels in line with sales forecasts and campaign requirements.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify product opportunities
- Collect and organize product requirements from clients and internal teams
- Collaborate with operations, business, and technical teams to align product goals
- Support marketing initiatives and promotional strategies
