• Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in full set of account management
• Proficiency in accounting software (AutoCount & SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Account Executive / Senior Executive to oversee financial transactions, manage accounting functions, and support financial analysis. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting tasks and ensure accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Tasks:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries and bank reconciliations.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.

Financial Management & Reporting:

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including transaction processing and ledger management.
• Assist in prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in monthly and annual financial closing processes.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Assist in developing and monitoring budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights for improvement.

Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Prepare reports for management and assist with audit processes.

Team Supervision:

• Supervise and mentor junior finance staff, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
• Review and approve accounting entries and reconciliations.

Administrative Support:

• Provide support for budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Handle financial queries from internal and external stakeholders.
