- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic computer systems
- Interest in healthcare, psychology, or child development is a bonus
- Welcoming and assisting parents and children at the clinic
- Managing WhatsApp enquiries and appointment scheduling
- Supporting front desk and daily clinic operations
- Assisting with registration, documentation, and administrative tasks
- Coordinating schedules with doctors, psychologists, and therapists
- Supporting workshops, events, and customer engagement activities
- Helping create a smooth and positive patient experience
- Stock management and inventory count
