- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies for both owned and paid channels—including app, email, search (SEO/SEM), affiliate, display, and social media—to drive brand awareness, website traffic, lead generation, and sales growth.
- Align channel-specific KPIs with local stakeholders and global headquarters to ensure cohesive measurement of campaign effectiveness across all platforms.
- Analyse marketing data and campaign performance metrics to identify actionable insights and areas for improvement in ongoing initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with the e-commerce department to strategically expand the digital business footprint within the Malaysian market.
- Partner with the product marketing team to plan and execute full-funnel digital campaigns that guide customers from initial awareness through to conversion.
- Engage regularly with the global headquarters’ digital marketing team to exchange best practices, share knowledge, and implement globally aligned strategies.
- Manage relationships with media agencies and vendor partners to optimise campaign delivery and resource allocation.
- Report on campaign results and strategic progress to management, the marketing director, and other relevant departments within the organisation.
- Set clear goals for your team while guiding them towards achieving ambitious sales targets through effective coaching and mentorship.
- Foster professional development among team members by providing education in digital marketing specialisms and supporting their career progression.

- Exceptional analytical abilities paired with proficiency in using data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions across multiple channels.
- Demonstrated project management skills with experience overseeing several concurrent projects from inception through completion.
- Previous experience managing teams within a fast-evolving digital landscape, including setting goals and mentoring junior staff members.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—in English, enabling effective collaboration across diverse teams locally and internationally.
- (Nice to Have) Experience developing end-to-end strategies encompassing planning, execution, review, and optimisation within digital marketing contexts.
- (Nice to Have) Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Search Console for monitoring web performance metrics.
- (Nice to Have) Hands-on experience using advertising platforms like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Manager, TikTok Ads or similar systems for campaign management.
