Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced working environment
- Strong understanding of the latest recruitment strategies, tools, and techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, etc.)
- Pre-screen resumes and reach out to candidates to assess their qualifications, experiences, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a pool of potential candidates, managing relationships with them to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
- Timely update all recruitment reports.
- Conduct reference check for shortlisted candidates.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to improve sourcing strategies.
- Work closely with hiring managers to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Track and report key metrics, such as the number of candidates sourced, conversion rates, etc.
