• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience designing for e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada).
• Familiarity with print production standards (CMYK, Pantone, dielines).
• Solid understanding of platform-specific design best practices.
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Bonus: Motion graphics (After Effects) or 3D rendering skills for product mockups.

You will play a key role in shaping the brand’s visual identity across e-commerce platforms, social media, in-store marketing, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital & E-Commerce Design:

• Design engaging visuals for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook) including static posts, carousels, and stories.
• Develop website and e-commerce assets such as banners, product thumbnails, and promotional graphics tailored for platforms like Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada.
• Create visually consistent email marketing templates and digital campaign creatives.

Print & Offline Marketing Collateral:

• Develop creative assets for retail including posters, brochures, lookbooks, and in-store displays.
• Design point-of-sale (POS) materials, gift-with-purchase (GWP) packaging, and event collateral.
• Ensure all print work is high-resolution, vendor-ready, and adheres to technical specifications.

Brand Alignment & Trend Awareness:

• Maintain consistency in branding across all touchpoints (online and offline).
• Stay informed on design trends, particularly within the beauty and lifestyle sectors.
• Adapt global brand concepts to local market needs while preserving brand identity.
