Our client is a business management consultancy firm.

about the role

They are currently looking for a Payroll Team Leader to join their team in KL. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:-
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring statutory compliance, ISAE3402 alignment, and accurate year-end reporting.
  • Assist in payroll data migration and conduct parallel testing to ensure system accuracy.
  • Supervise daily team operations and manage payroll processing schedules.
  • Ensure timely submission of month-end and payroll reports, including verification and reconciliation before client transmission.
  • Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet service level agreements (SLAs).

about the manager and team

You will be reporting directly to the Senior Payroll Operations Manager, working closely with other team members.

skills & experience required

To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 5 years of relevant experience. You have strong communication skills, knowledge of HR policies, ability to multitask independently, and experience with UK, Singapore, and Hong Kong payroll is a plus.
