Possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Advertising, Mass Communications, Marketing, Business Management, PR, or equivalent.
- Required languages: English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin fluency is a strong advantage.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, PR, or communications, with proven team management or project leadership experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team, manage multiple projects, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic mindset with a strong track record of delivering successful marketing and PR campaigns.
- Lead the planning, development, and implementation of holistic marketing and PR strategies to drive brand growth and market presence.
- Manage and mentor a team of executives, providing guidance, feedback, and support for professional development.
- Oversee campaign execution, budget allocation, and performance analysis to ensure objectives and KPIs are consistently met.
- Build and nurture relationships with key media, KOLs, and external partners, serving as the primary spokesperson when needed.
- Develop high-impact content for media releases, speeches, crisis communications, and marketing materials.
- Strategically manage the company’s presence across digital and traditional channels, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Manage project timelines and client communications to ensure high-quality and efficient deliverables.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, contributing to overall business strategy and brand positioning.
