Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 1-2 years of design experience (internships and freelance work considered).
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong sense of typography, color, and layout.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
Design Execution:
- Create visually compelling designs for digital and print assets including social media posts, menus, packaging, in-store materials, and advertising campaigns.
- Maintain consistent brand aesthetics while adapting to each brand’s unique voice and style.
Cross-Brand Collaboration:
- Work across multiple brands within the group, managing projects with varying timelines and creative requirements.
- Provide creative input during brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary creative team including photographers, videographers, content creators, and other designers.
- Partner with an experienced marketing team to develop integrated campaigns that align with brand goals and strategies.
Stakeholder Liaison:
- Work closely with senior stakeholders, including brand managers and marketing leaders, to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions.
- Present design concepts and adapt based on constructive feedback.
Creative Innovation:
- Stay updated with design trends in the F&B and lifestyle sectors, bringing fresh ideas to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Support in conceptualizing new campaigns, visuals, and creative directions that stand out in the market.
