Telesales Account Manager

We are seeking a results-driven and articulate Telesales Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting new clients to nurturing and growing a dedicated portfolio of accounts, all conducted remotely via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Proven experience (1 - 3+ years recommended) in a telesales, inside sales, or account management role with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong skills in prospecting, negotiating, and closing. A consultative sales approach is highly preferred.
- Ability to think strategically about account growth, client retention, and long-term relationship management.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools. Comfortable conducting virtual meetings and product demos.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a diverse portfolio of accounts and a busy pipeline.
- Proactively manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, lead qualification, needs analysis, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned accounts, building deep, trusted relationships with key clients.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, increase client satisfaction, and ensure high retention rates. Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within your existing accounts.
- Generate new business opportunities through a combination of outbound calling, marketing campaigns, and follow-ups on inbound marketing leads.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and performance KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in our CRM system.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively articulate our value proposition and provide consultative solutions to clients.
- Work closely with the marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and provide valuable market feedback.
