Graphic Designer (DTP)

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong creative sense in packaging layout, dielines, and branding.
• Detail-oriented with good understanding of printing requirements.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company as printing operation expands.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in packaging or printing industry.
• Familiarity with color management, trapping, and overprint settings.
• Ability to visualize structural packaging design (boxes, labels, etc.)

• Design and propose packaging artwork and layout based on customer requirements and printing capabilities.
• Prepare and check customer artwork (resolution, color mode, bleed, layout).
• Make edits and convert designs into print-ready files using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Issue work orders with layout references, printing specifications, and clear instructions.
• Generate digital proofs and support customer approval processes.
• Coordinate with the printing supervisor and sales coordinator to ensure smooth production.
• Support customer press checks and make on-the-spot artwork adjustments if needed.
• Maintain organized artwork records and follow internal design and pre-press SOP
• To perform any internal ad hoc duties delegated by superior without any detriment or injury.
