- Minimum SPM, Diploma, related hospitality certifications or equivalent in service, hospitality or F&B is preferred
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the service, hospitality or F&B industry
- Required languages: Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Self-motivated and positive attitude
- Possess good leadership qualities and problem-solving skills
- To lead the outlet to achieve the sales target.
- To optimize the best use of available resources (i.e. people, products, and systems), while eliminating losses and wastages, for the maximum returns.
- To coach Branch Supervisors and/or Captains on people management so that they can lead the crew in achieving the organization’s objectives.
- To optimize the knowledge competency and skills proficiency of all outlet crew at the highest level through training.
- To be responsible for keeping the outlet’s hygiene and cleanliness at the highest standard at all times.
- To be responsible for the outlet and the crew in providing service and product quality of the highest standard at all times.
- To achieve high morale, good spirits and teamwork in the outlet by impartially rewarding merits and meting out disciplinary penalties.
- To achieve a high productivity level in the outlet by constantly reviewing the manning level, the work schedule and the assignment of duties.
- To assume the role of PIC for a named outlet as assigned by the Regional Managers or the Management.
