  • Minimum of Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese, English and Malay.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Assist in the preparation of periodic reports.
  • Responsibility dealing on customer inquiries and complain
  • Take a lead role on customer service & product display
  • Play an integral part in contributing towards outlet sales achievement, sales growth and quality customer service
  • Assisting in all aspects of outlet, especially display, merchandising and cleanliness
  • Build and maintain good rapport with customers
