Administrative Support:

  • Prepare Delivery order to driver for daily delivery activities
  • General administrative tasks, including scanning and filing
  • Support daily operation and any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior from time to time
  • Daily activity schedule coordination and outgoing stock preparation

Data Entry and Processing:

  • Enter data into computer systems accurately and efficiently
  • Update databases, spreadsheets, and other electronic record as needed

Documentation and Record-Keeping:

  • Organize and maintain hardcopy and softcopy files, ensuring they are easily accessible when needed

Problem Solving and Troubleshooting:

  • Address routine administrative issue and inquiries
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve challenges and streamline process

Compliance and Confidentiality:

  • Adhere to company Policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents
Working Scedule
  • Monday to Friday, Saturday (half-day, alternate)
  • EPF, SOCSO, PCB and EIS
  • Annual leave and medical leave shall be in accordance with the prevailing labour law
