Administrative Support:
- Prepare Delivery order to driver for daily delivery activities
- General administrative tasks, including scanning and filing
- Support daily operation and any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior from time to time
- Daily activity schedule coordination and outgoing stock preparation
Data Entry and Processing:
- Enter data into computer systems accurately and efficiently
- Update databases, spreadsheets, and other electronic record as needed
Documentation and Record-Keeping:
- Organize and maintain hardcopy and softcopy files, ensuring they are easily accessible when needed
Problem Solving and Troubleshooting:
- Address routine administrative issue and inquiries
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve challenges and streamline process
Compliance and Confidentiality:
- Adhere to company Policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents
- Monday to Friday, Saturday (half-day, alternate)
- EPF, SOCSO, PCB and EIS
- Annual leave and medical leave shall be in accordance with the prevailing labour law
