Job Description

As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to real-world HR operations and support the daily functions of the Human Resources team. This role is ideal for students looking to build a strong foundation in HR practices within a dynamic corporate environment.

• Assist in payroll processing and overtime calculations
• Support employee claims, allowances, and reimbursements
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist in attendance tracking and leave administration
• Prepare HR letters, documents, and internal communications
• Support HR systems, reporting, and ongoing projects
• Assist in general HR administrative tasks as assigned

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong interest in Human Resources and administrative functions
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Able to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willing to learn, proactive, and a team player
