- Strongly prefer 2–3 years marketing experience or relevant experience in real estate development
- Assist Store Manager in implementing online/offline marketing strategies
- Analyze customer data to boost loyalty and repeat purchases
- Handle online inquiries and orders to drive traffic between online and offline channels
- Manage daily social media, ads, and content (photography/video skills a plus)
- Update website and media platforms
- Conduct competitor analysis and recommend optimizations
- Drive traffic to the flagship store and monitor performance metrics
- Manage membership system (upgrades, points, benefits)
- Analyze customer purchase behavior to guide marketing and sales
- Plan and execute exclusive campaigns for members
- Respond to online customer inquiries and assist with reservations/orders
- Assign online leads to sales consultants for follow-up
