- Diploma/Bachelor/ Certificates in Business Studies, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel locally as needed.
- Minimum 5 years in marketing communications, advertising & promotions.
- Experienced in Manufacturing Industry.
- Develop and execute marketing plans and sales campaigns to enhance overall performance.
- Conduct market surveys, track trends, and keep the sales team updated with the latest industry insights.
- Assist in preparing engaging marketing collateral to support sales functions across various channels.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns using digital, social media, events, and traditional advertising.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on marketing expenses and manage relationships with external partners.
- Plan and implement public relations activities, including soft launches, official launches, and exhibitions.
- Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives.
