Responsible for assisting with day-to-day accounting and finance tasks, including bookkeeping, invoice processing, document organization, and communication with external accountants or tax bodies.

主要职责 / Key Responsibilities
  • 录入日常账务记录,包括收入、支出、银行交易
Record daily transactions including income, expenses, and bank entries
  • 协助开具与整理发票、收据、付款记录
Assist in issuing and organizing invoices, receipts, and payment documents
  • 整理与归档会计单据及相关文件
Maintain and file accounting documents properly
  • 协助编制月度、季度或年度报表(如需)
Help prepare monthly, quarterly, or yearly reports (if required)
  • 对接外部会计师、审计师或税务机构,提供所需资料
Liaise with external accountants, auditors, or tax agents to provide necessary documents
  • 协助处理简单薪资计算、报销审核等行政财务工作

Assist with basic payroll support and reimbursement checks

岗位要求 / Requirements
  • 年龄要求:35岁以下
Age Requirement: Under 35 years old
  • 至少1–2年会计、出纳或相关账务工作经验
At least 1–2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or related roles
  • 熟练使用 Microsoft Excel 和 PowerPoint,具备基础表格及图表处理能力
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; able to handle spreadsheets and reports
  • 能流利使用英文和马来文进行沟通与书面工作
Fluent in English and Malay, both spoken and written
  • 责任心强,细致耐心,具备财务保密意识

Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to financial confidentiality

加分条件 / Preferred Qualifications
  • 具备会计或财务相关大专或以上学历
Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
  • 熟悉至少一种会计软件(如 SQL、AutoCount、Xero、QuickBooks)
Familiar with at least one accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, Xero, QuickBooks)
  • 能阅读或撰写中文者优先
Able to read/write in Chinese is a plus
  • 熟悉马来西亚 SST/GST 报税流程者优先
Familiar with Malaysian SST/GST reporting is advantageous
  • 具备基础人事薪资系统处理经验者优先

Familiarity with basic payroll or HR systems is a plus
