Above all else, your collaborative spirit fosters positive relationships both internally among colleagues and externally with auditors or other stakeholders.

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Reporting or related field from a recognised institution is required; postgraduate qualifications or professional certifications such as ACCA or ICAEW are highly desirable.
  • Experience working with a Big 4 firm is advantageous but not mandatory; candidates should demonstrate 5-8 years of relevant experience in financial accounting or reporting roles within complex organisations.
  • Proven proficiency in financial analysis and reporting with comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and applicable accounting standards (e.g., IFRS).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word are essential for managing complex datasets and delivering compelling professional presentations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with global finance teams as well as producing clear written reports derived from financial data.
  • A strategic mindset combined with meticulous attention to detail enables you to address complex financial challenges systematically while maintaining accuracy under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements by leading initiatives focused on procedure enhancement, system optimisation (such as IFS), or automation implementation.
  • Adaptability is crucial; you should be proactive, self-motivated, able to thrive under tight deadlines within a dynamic international environment.
