PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in day-to-day supply chain operations including inventory tracking, stock coordination, and order processing
  • Support procurement activities such as preparing purchase orders, liaising with suppliers, and monitoring delivery schedules
  • Assist in warehouse coordination including stock arrangement, stock count, and documentation
  • Help monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages or overstock
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfilment
  • Assist in logistics planning including delivery scheduling and route coordination
  • Maintain proper records of inventory, suppliers, and logistics data
  • Support reporting tasks such as stock reports, delivery reports, and supply chain analysis
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the team
REQUIREMENTS
  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data handling
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an added advantage)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
  • Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
  • Internship duration: more than 5 months
