Responsibilities- Oversee and participate in daily warehouse operations: receiving, picking, packing, labeling, and shipping of goods.
- Receive and process online orders from multiple channels (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Website).
- Ensure accuracy of order details, quantities, and timely fulfillment for customer satisfaction.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate warehouse operations to ensure efficient storage, movement, and retrieval of products.
- Supervise and support the team in picking, packing, and shipping orders according to schedule.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and accuracy.
- Conduct stock receiving activities, including verification of goods and updating inventory systems.
- Coordinate and manage stock requisitions to support operational and sales needs.
- Maintain proper warehouse layout and organization for space optimization.
- Perform regular stock checks and report any discrepancies or damaged items.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment.
- Work closely with the procurement and sales teams to align stock levels with business demand.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and accuracy.
Monday to Friday: 8.30AM - 5.30PM
Saturday: 9.00AM - 1.00PM
Requirements- Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.
- 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management (leadership experience preferred).
- Hands-on, proactive, and willing to assist in all warehouse activities.
- Physically fit and able to handle moderate lifting.
- Basic computer literacy (Excel, order systems, or inventory software).
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work overtime or weekends during peak periods.
- Experience in e-commerce fulfillment (TikTok, Shopee, or online stores) is an added advantage.
