Fresh graduate or those with 1 year of working experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office application
Able to speak BM and Mandarin is preferable.- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Answer phone calls, schedule meetings, and support visitors.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Prepare and monitor invoices and record payments.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Coordinate repairs to office equipment.
- Provide general support to visitors.
