Support the management and enhancement of official marketplace stores by uploading new products, adjusting prices, and overseeing inventory levels.
  • Optimize product listings by frequently refreshing descriptions and images.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure product availability and prompt order processing.
  • Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales activities on the platforms.
  • Work with the e-commerce lead and marketing team to create and upload digital assets for campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance and provide insights for future enhancements.
  • Collect and analyze sales data, customer behavior, and platform metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Help prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, campaign outcomes, and customer insights.
  • Utilize platform analytics to assess product performance and suggest real-time adjustments.
  • Work together with the customer service team to resolve any marketplace-related customer issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience by reviewing feedback and implementing necessary changes.
  • Assist in managing advertising initiatives (e.g., sponsored products) on marketplace platforms.
  • Monitor advertising expenditure and performance to ensure campaigns are effective and stay within budget.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure alignment of e-commerce strategies and tasks.
  • Provide regular updates to the e-commerce lead/manager on current tasks, potential obstacles, and areas for enhancement.
  • Experience with prominent e-commerce platforms (such as Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, and etc.) - familiarity with the home & living category is advantageous.
  • Fundamental knowledge of e-commerce processes, encompassing product listing enhancement and campaign oversight.
  • Strong analytical abilities and expertise in utilizing sales data along with platform analytics.
  • Well-organized, detail-focused, and adept at handling multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Proactive and capable of taking the initiative in daily operations.
  • Collaborative team member with effective communication skills, both within the team and with external stakeholders.
