About the Role:

As a CBRE Finance Analyst, you will apply basic cash and accrual accounting fundamentals to prepare, evaluate, maintain, and deliver complete and accurate financial reports for a portfolio of clients and properties.

This job is part of the Financial Strategy and Operations job function. They are responsible for maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls.

What You’ll Do:

• Performing billing checking to make sure it is in line with customer contract and all other supporting documents
• Prepare or review monthly revenue recognition report
• Ensuring billing and all revenue entries are posted accordance to Company Policy, ASC606 and SOX requirement
• Billing checking and revenue recognition report to be completed as per the agreed Service Level Agreement
• Support monthly or yearly SOX testing by providing all relevant documentations
• Timely respond to all audit queries
• Manage/ monitor query resolution related to billing checklist & revenue recognition
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time

What You’ll Need:

• Candidate must possess at least a University level degree in Business Administration/ Accounting/Finance or related area
• At least 2 years’ experience in a Finance / SSC / Audit environment
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• High level of accuracy, numerical ability and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadline
• Proficiency in English
• A team player and able to promote teamwork among the team
• Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
• Computer literate, preferably with Excel spreadsheet knowledge
