Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Hospitality, F&B Management or equivalent
- 5–8 years of experience in multi-outlet F&B operations (kiosk/QSR/retail F&B preferred)
- Proven track record in managing multiple locations with full P&L responsibility
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen
- Hands-on, operationally grounded, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to travel frequently between outlets
We are looking for a hands-on and commercially driven Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end operations of multiple F&B kiosks across major shopping malls. This role is accountable for full P&L performance, operational excellence, manpower planning, and brand consistency across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management (End-to-End)
- Oversee daily operations across all kiosk locations to ensure smooth, efficient, and standardized execution
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and mall compliance requirements
- Conduct regular site visits and audits to maintain operational consistency
- P&L & Cost Control
- Own and manage full P&L across all kiosks
- Monitor sales performance, COGS, labour cost, and wastage
- Implement cost control measures and drive margin improvement initiatives
- Sales & Performance Management
- Drive revenue growth through promotions, upselling strategies, and mall traffic optimization
- Analyze sales data and implement actionable improvements
- Set and track KPIs for each outlet (sales, conversion - etc.)
- Manpower Planning & Team Management
- Manage manpower planning, rostering, and deployment across multiple kiosks
- Recruit, train, and develop outlet supervisors and frontline staff
- Handle performance management, disciplinary actions, and staff retention strategies
- Inventory & Supply Chain
- Oversee stock planning, ordering, and inventory control across all outlets
- Minimize stock variance, wastage, and shrinkage
- Coordinate with suppliers and central kitchen (if applicable)
- New Outlet Setup & Expansion
- Lead new kiosk openings including setup, staffing, and operational readiness
- Work closely with landlords (shopping malls) on compliance, fit-out, and operational matters
- Support business expansion and scaling initiatives
- Customer Experience & Brand Standards
- Ensure consistent brand presentation and service standards across all kiosks
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and promptly
- Continuously improve customer experience and service delivery
