Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Hospitality, F&B Management or equivalent
  • 5–8 years of experience in multi-outlet F&B operations (kiosk/QSR/retail F&B preferred)
  • Proven track record in managing multiple locations with full P&L responsibility
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen
  • Hands-on, operationally grounded, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to travel frequently between outlets

We are looking for a hands-on and commercially driven Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end operations of multiple F&B kiosks across major shopping malls. This role is accountable for full P&L performance, operational excellence, manpower planning, and brand consistency across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operations Management (End-to-End)
  • Oversee daily operations across all kiosk locations to ensure smooth, efficient, and standardized execution
  • Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and mall compliance requirements
  • Conduct regular site visits and audits to maintain operational consistency
  1. P&L & Cost Control
  • Own and manage full P&L across all kiosks
  • Monitor sales performance, COGS, labour cost, and wastage
  • Implement cost control measures and drive margin improvement initiatives
  1. Sales & Performance Management
  • Drive revenue growth through promotions, upselling strategies, and mall traffic optimization
  • Analyze sales data and implement actionable improvements
  • Set and track KPIs for each outlet (sales, conversion - etc.)
  1. Manpower Planning & Team Management
  • Manage manpower planning, rostering, and deployment across multiple kiosks
  • Recruit, train, and develop outlet supervisors and frontline staff
  • Handle performance management, disciplinary actions, and staff retention strategies
  1. Inventory & Supply Chain
  • Oversee stock planning, ordering, and inventory control across all outlets
  • Minimize stock variance, wastage, and shrinkage
  • Coordinate with suppliers and central kitchen (if applicable)
  1. New Outlet Setup & Expansion
  • Lead new kiosk openings including setup, staffing, and operational readiness
  • Work closely with landlords (shopping malls) on compliance, fit-out, and operational matters
  • Support business expansion and scaling initiatives
  1. Customer Experience & Brand Standards
  • Ensure consistent brand presentation and service standards across all kiosks
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and promptly
  • Continuously improve customer experience and service delivery
