Mechanical Design Engineer

Design and develop products using 3D CAD (SolidWorks) — from concept to production-ready drawings with proper tolerancing and revision control
- Translate customer requirements into practical, cost-effective and manufacturable engineering solutions
- Prepare and maintain detailed engineering, fabrication, and assembly drawings
- Develop technical documentation including installation guides, load rating datasheets, and product specifications
- Design and build testing jigs, fixtures, and validation setups for product evaluation
- Drive continuous product improvement for manufacturability, efficiency, and performance
- Provide technical support to Production, Sales, and Customers during design, fabrication, and installation stages
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are accurate, practical, and production-ready
- Participate in innovations and initiatives outlined by management
- Positive attitude with a proactive, “can-do” mindset and willingness to learn
- Proficiency in at least one major CAD software (Preferably SolidWorks)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think independently and propose practical solutions
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Hands-on understanding of fabrication processes (e.g. sheet metal, welding, machining) is an advantage
