Insurance Telesales Executive

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in telesales, customer service, or insurance
• Excellent verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia, nglish, and Chinese preferred; multilingual candidates highly valued
• Proactive, persuasive, and driven to achieve targets
• Able to work independently while contributing to team goals
• Quick learner with attention to detail and professionalism on every call
• Comfortable working from our office and open to basic product/compliance training

What You’ll Get:

Contract Duration: 6 Months (renewable)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Connect with customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp to share our wide range of insurance products (Motor, Travel, Personal Accident, and more!)
• Conduct engaging, needs-based conversations to match customers with the right solutions, creating opportunities for cross-sells and upsells
• Follow up on leads promptly usingCRM toolsand maintain accurate records of interactions
• Stay sharp on product knowledge, insurance campaigns, pricing updates, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Ops teams to ensure smooth lead flow and campaign execution
• Provide feedback on customer objections, lead quality, and scripts to improve our telesales strategies
• Work closely with theBD Leadto share insights, track performance, and refine sales approaches
