BLU341 is a premium ecommerce brand founded in Melbourne, specialising in protective luggage covers and travel accessories for RIMOWA. With operations in Kuala Lumpur, we support customers mainly in international markets and care deeply about quality, presentation, and customer experience.
We are a small, independently built team creating something distinctive in the market. As the only brand focused specifically on RIMOWA covers, we see strong room for growth and are building a capable team to help shape the next stage of the brand.
Job Summary
We are looking for a full-time Marketing & Brand Executive to support the day-to-day execution of BLU341’s marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and excited to help implement creative and practical marketing ideas for a growing ecommerce brand.
You will work closely with the team on outreach, product seeding, community engagement, campaign support, and general marketing coordination. This is a good opportunity to join the early team in Kuala Lumpur and grow with the business over time.
What You’ll Do- Assist with influencer and creator outreach
- Support product seeding, gifting, and sample coordination
- Help with comment seeding and community engagement across social platforms
- Research creators, potential partners, stores, and marketing opportunities
- Help coordinate marketing tasks, follow-ups, and campaign execution
- Support social media scheduling, posting, and basic content coordination
- Track outreach efforts, responses, and marketing activities in an organised way
- Assist with launch preparation, product campaigns, and promotional activities
- Work closely with the Office Manager and team to keep marketing execution moving smoothly
- Help with general brand, marketing, and coordination tasks as needed
- Strong written and spoken English
- Organised, proactive, and able to follow through on tasks
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Comfortable reaching out to people and following up consistently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organised
- Able to work independently while also supporting a small team
- Interested in ecommerce, branding, social media, and marketing execution
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
- Experience in marketing, outreach, social media, ecommerce, or a related role
- Familiarity with influencer outreach, community management, or partnerships
- Experience with Google Sheets, Canva, social media platforms, or basic marketing tools
- Good sense of social media, branding, and online communication
- Interest in travel, lifestyle, ecommerce, or premium consumer brands
