Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related field

  • Certifications (optional but helpful): LCCI, CAT, or part of ACCA/CIMA
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Able to handle full set of account
  • Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision
  • Work location: HQ Bawal Exclusive Puchong, Selangor.
  1. Financial Record Keeping:
Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and statements.
  1. Accounts Payable & Receivable:
Process incoming and outgoing payments, ensure timely billing and collection, and manage vendor and customer account reconciliations.
  1. Bank Reconciliation:
Assist in reconciling company bank accounts on a regular basis to ensure accuracy in records.
  1. Expense Tracking & Reporting:
Record employee expense claims, verify receipts, and assist with expense reimbursements.
  1. Invoice Management:
Prepare, process, and follow up on sales and purchase invoices.
  1. Month-End Closing Support:
Help in the preparation of monthly financial reports and account reconciliations.
  1. Audit and Compliance Support:
Assist with gathering documentation and data for internal or external audits and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.
  1. Administrative Support:
Perform general administrative tasks for the accounting team, including data entry, document filing, and responding to basic financial queries.
  1. General Administrative Support & Future Responsibilities
Assist the Manager and/or company representatives in executing tasks to ensure smooth operations at Bawal Exclusive, Puchong, Selangor. Carry out any additional tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
