Social Media Executive / Content Creator - Ampang Jaya

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing data-driven digital agency, and we are looking for Social Media Executives / Content Creators who are passionate about their craft and can hit the ground running!

As part of our team, you’ll play a crucial role in social media strategies, content creation and execution — from generating fresh, creative ideas and writing in multiple brand voices to developing visually engaging social content. You’ll also collaborate across departments to ensure our client brands achieve their goals and objectives.

• Bring multiple brand voices to life daily across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Conceptualize and produce engaging content — from captions to visuals — that responds to planned promotions, trending moments, influencers, fans, or events.
• Develop social-first content that is creative, visually appealing, and aligned with each brand’s tone and positioning.

• Stay ahead of cultural, social, and digital trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capitalize on key moments for maximum reach and engagement.
• Understand client brand positioning and create relevant, on-point content.

• Take ownership of social media accounts managed by the agency.
• Monitor and analyze social data points and market trends to improve performance.
• Focus on driving engagement, growth, and goal conversions.
• Execute social listening campaigns to identify opportunities and insights.

• Develop actionable plans to grow and maintain followers across social media platforms.
• Plan, execute, and report on social media campaigns.
• Manage and update monthly content calendars aligned with client business goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma with relevant experience.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in social media, content creation, or a related industry.
• Strong, creatively rich portfolio/work samples that showcase memorable copywriting and content creation for social media.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to meet changing needs or direction.
• Ability to think outside the box and generate fresh, creative ideas.
• Knowledge of major social media platforms — Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite) is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of content best practices and SEO fundamentals.
