about the job- Oversee the group’s diverse portfolio across property development, construction, infrastructure, and investment.
- Set the overall strategic direction, drive operational excellence, and ensure sustainable growth in line with the company’s vision and mission.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand the group’s footprint and market presence.
- Take full P&L accountability for the group, ensuring strong financial health through prudent capital management and risk control.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, regulatory frameworks, and internal governance policies.
- Represent the group in high-level negotiations, government engagements, and investor relations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
- Master's degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 20 years of senior-level leadership experience, including 8-10 years in a C-suite role within a large-scale property developer.
- Extensive experience in the property development, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven ability to manage multi-billion ringgit operations and a diverse business portfolio.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, risk management, and ESG principles.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working with Boards of Directors and investors in a listed or diversified group environment.
- Must be willing to relocate.
