MAICSA qualification / pursuing / relevant corporate secretarial experience
- Minimum 3–5 years relevant experience in established corporate secretarial firms
- Strong working knowledge of SSM compliance framework and filing requirements
- Proficient in MyCoID / MBRS systems
- High level of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with ability to advise clients confidently
- Able to manage multiple client portfolios and deadlines independently
- Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for Sdn Bhd companies
- Prepare and lodge statutory documents with SSM (Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia) in compliance with the Companies Act 2016 Malaysia
- Maintain and update statutory records, registers, and minute books
- Draft directors’ resolutions, shareholders’ resolutions, and meeting minutes
- Ensure timely submission of annual returns and other statutory filings via MyCoID system Malaysia
- Liaise with clients, auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities
- Monitor compliance deadlines and advise clients on corporate governance matters
- Assist in incorporation of new companies and striking off/deregistration processes
