About The Role

We are looking for a Business Admin / Business Process Intern to support daily operations across different functions.This role is ideal for students who want to gain hands-on experience in office administration, document management, and business process coordination.

Requirements
  • Currently pursuing Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields
  • Basic knowledge of accounting or finance principles is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word. Knowledge in accounting software will be a plus
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Audit, Account & Tax Support
  • Assist in daily administrative and documentation tasks
  • Maintain proper filing and record management
  • Track client documents and support follow-up
  • Prepare simple reports, reminders, and basic data entry
  • Support internal coordination and ad-hoc admin tasks
Data Analysis Support
  • Coordinate and liaise between internal team and clients for pending documents
  • Support operations such as lead assignment, Excel upkeep, and other tasks assigned by the manager
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
  • Identify issues through daily tasks and propose solutions when needed
