- Maintain critical standards in service speed and quality, workflows, and floor layouts;
- To memorize manuals and explain the menu to customers;
- Maintain a friendly attitude and communicate effectively with customers and meet their needs in an appropriate manner;
- To perform all roles of service position according to SOP or any ad-hoc duties;
- Specialized in F&B is advantageous;
- Maintain hygiene, sanitary, and cleanliness standards of the outlets.
