IT Support Executive

We are looking for IT Support Executive to join our young team of motivated professionals. We provide post-project support to our customers on a mid-/long-term tenure with internal career growth opportunities.
An IT Support Executive is responsible for coordinate and be liaison in providing technical support and assistance to end-users relating to application system, hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth daily operations of IT systems in accordance to SLA defined by stakeholder company.
Duties and Responsibilities- Updating stakeholders on the status of their incidents and service/change requests.
- Perform Administrative tasks regarding raising logs, problem escalation and tracking statuses for logs.
- Response and monitor all tickets logged are met within SLA.
- Resolving IT incident, service/change requests from customers, and stakeholders within SLA timeframe.
- Gathering and analysing data to diagnose problems with systems.
- Collaborate with IT team and developers in resolving and providing best solution.
- Stay up to date with current technologies and technical developments.
- Provide day-to-day support to customers’ existing IT application team.
- Produces regular reports on status, service/change request progress, SLA performance, analyzes trends, and proactively identifies opportunities for optimization.
- The ability to take initiative, be self-motivated and have the willingness to learn.
- An adaptable and flexible attitude, being able to approach and solve a problem by examining it from different angles.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills to gather information from employees and explain complex technical concepts in simple language.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills to create useful support logs.
- The ability to collaborate within a team as teamplayer and leading a team.
- Observational skills to recognize warning signs that indicate potential problems.
- Good time management skills to provide updates and fixes within a promised time frame.
- Customer service skills to interact professionally and positively with stakeholders and customers.
- Basic knowledge of software/application development lifecycle.
- Basic knowledge of project management.
- Good general knowledge of IT and technology in business.
- Working knowledge on developing workflow processes and enforcing adherence to the processes.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT related field of study.
- Programming knowledge is a plus (preferably with a developer background).
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in IT Industry.
