Our client is a reputable main contractor with a good track record in delivering high-rise building projects, both locally and overseas. With a growing portfolio and ongoing developments, they are now looking to expand their team with a Senior Contract Executive based at their Selangor HQ.
about the Role
As a Senior Contract Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the Contracts team across pre- and post-contract phases. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full tendering process in line with company procedures
- Assisting in project cost checking and control
- Processing consultants’ and contractors’ claims
- Preparing final accounts and budget reports
- Attending project and site meetings when required
- Sourcing and appointing contractors and consultants
- Conducting cost analysis and maintaining cost plans
- Drafting Letters of Award and Appointment
- Evaluating contractor and consultant performance
- Monitoring and updating construction material and contract rates
About the Team ...
You will report to the Contract Manager and work together with a team of Senior Contract Executives.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with high rise experience
