Account Executive / Officer

About the role

This full-time Account Executive / Officer is based in Muar District, Johor. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and bookkeeping services to support the company's financial operations.

• Maintaining accurate financial records and books of accounts
• Preparing monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Handling accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely payments and collections
• Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts
• Assisting with tax preparation and compliance
• Providing administrative support to the finance team as needed
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving measures

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably in a manufacturing or small business environment
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
