Internship Technical 3D Generalist Intern (Blender / glTF)

Create and optimise the 3D furniture library for virtual event staging

You won’t be making cinematic art. You’ll be creating clean, lightweight, real-world-scale 3D assets that work fast in the browser.

Think chairs, tables, stages and props that snap perfectly into place in a virtual ballroom.

• • Modelling or cleaning up simple furniture assets
• • Converting models to optimised GLB (glTF) format
• • Fixing scale, orientation and pivot points to real-world metres
• • Reducing polycount and texture sizes for web performance
• • Creating a consistent, well-organised asset library

• • Comfortable in Blender
• • Understanding of meshes, UVs and PBR materials
• • Exporting to glTF/GLB for web use

• • Experience optimising models for real-time engines or games
• • Basic scripting or automation inside Blender
