- Experience in system support / IT helpdesk / ERP / accounting software.

Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Application Support Analyst to join our team. The role involves providing support for our business systems (inventory, accounting, and POS modules), assisting in system implementation, and acting as a bridge between end-users and the technical/development team.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting users, and learning business process workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Support & Maintenance
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to users for system issues.
- Troubleshoot software problems, data inconsistencies, and user errors.
- Escalate complex issues to developers/consultants when necessary.
- Document support cases, solutions, and maintain issue logs.
- User Training & Guidance
- Assist users in navigating and utilizing business systems effectively.
- Conduct basic user training sessions and prepare simple user manuals.
- Support onboarding of new users with system setup and training.
- System Implementation
- Participate in requirements gathering and understanding client workflows.
- Assist consultants in system configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Provide go-live support and follow-up with users on system adoption.
- Business Process Analysis
- Study and analyze client business processes (inventory & accounting).
- Identify gaps between system capabilities and business needs.
- Recommend solutions or process improvements to optimize workflows.
- Communication & Coordination
- Serve as a link between users, consultants, and technical teams.
- Communicate effectively on issue progress and resolutions.
- Report recurring issues and enhancement requests to management.
