Sales Operations Coordinator

Role Summary

We are looking for someone who is proactive, responsible, and eager to grow in the property industry, Project Sales Coordinator to support project launches and drive sales coordination across multiple branches.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in the property industry, gain exposure to developer projects, and work closely with project sales teams and agents in a fast-growing environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Property, Business, or related field
• Background in property/ real estate sector will be added advantage.
• Exposure to sales coordination, project coordination, or sales support is an advantage
• Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
• Good communication skills and able to liaise with agents and developers
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply (due to business communication needs)
• Guidance and training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and support property project launches across branches
2. Liaise with property developers for project information, updates, and coordination
3. Support and work closely with agents and project team to ensure smooth execution of project sales activities
4. Track sales performance and support decision-making through reporting
5. Drive smooth coordination and communication between HQ, branches, developers, and agents
