Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, HR, or a related field

  • 3–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in startups, HR agencies, SaaS, or digital platforms

  • Support hiring and onboarding processes, working closely with HR and recruitment teams
  • Manage budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships
  • Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, campaigns, and business initiatives
  • Lead special projects and initiatives that support company scaling
  • Ensure compliance with legal, HR, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain clear documentation of internal policies and procedures
