We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing & Sales Enablement Executive to support the marketing and sales team on client & talent management in the region.

This is a dual-function role designed to bridge the gap between regional marketing strategies and sales performance through sophisticated digital enablement and lead generation across the region.

Key responsibilities:

  • Tools administration: Manage end-to-end of recruitment job advertising platforms, including tool management, user access administration, strategizing usage for sales activities and performance reporting.
  • Lead generation: Drive strategic lead generation activities by leveraging marketing automation technology, AI tools and diverse digital communication channels.
  • Digital enablement: Enhance sales effectiveness by overseeing digital enablement activities, website performance optimization, and the maintenance of commercial toolkits.
  • Data Analytics: Monitor and report on marketing performance; analyze user behavior and website traffic to provide actionable insights for strategy optimization.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to align digital marketing outputs with broader business growth objectives for the local markets.

Skills and experience required:

  • A recognized university degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in managing digital platforms and a strong technical aptitude for marketing automation, CRM and AI tools.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for budgeting and strategic planning.
  • Excellent organizational capabilities with a experience in coordinating complex logistics for events or corporate projects.
  • A proactive and agile learning mindset with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple internal business units.
  • High level of accuracy and rigorous attention to detail.
  • A demonstrated interest in current affairs, news trends, and industry developments.
  • Strong written English skills and experience in Google Workspace or Microsoft 360 tools.
