HR & Admin Executive

Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative roles
- Strong knowledge of Malaysia statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDC, PCB)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Able to work independently and work under pressure
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee records in payroll systems and documentation
- Manage full-cycle payroll processing (including commissions, allowances, and staff loans) and ensure timely submissions for EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDC, and PCB
- Assist in leave management and attendance tracking
- Partner with Branch HOD on manpower planning and staffing needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws, including statutory reporting requirements
- Prepare and submit yearly Form E and CP8D
- Maintain and monitor lease agreements, insurance, and business licenses
- Manage general office administration, including supplies and facilities
- Organize company events, meetings, and training sessions
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
