Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative roles
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysia statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDC, PCB)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Able to work independently and work under pressure
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain and update employee records in payroll systems and documentation
  • Manage full-cycle payroll processing (including commissions, allowances, and staff loans) and ensure timely submissions for EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDC, and PCB
  • Assist in leave management and attendance tracking
  • Partner with Branch HOD on manpower planning and staffing needs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws, including statutory reporting requirements
  • Prepare and submit yearly Form E and CP8D
  • Maintain and monitor lease agreements, insurance, and business licenses
  • Manage general office administration, including supplies and facilities
  • Organize company events, meetings, and training sessions
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
