We’re looking for a General Operations & Admin Support team member — someone dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive in helping our team succeed behind the scenes. Skills & Knowledge- Proficiency in Mandarin (a must)
- Comfortable with Google Forms, Excel (basic formulas), and other office tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent time management under pressure and tight deadlines
- Previous administrative experience is an advantage, Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Kepong Area – Operation Support / Business Analyst Type
What You’ll Do:
- Support sales with order tracking, inventory, pricing, invoicing, and client follow-up
- Handle procurement of merchandise/gifts, both local & overseas
- Prepare Excel-based reports (weekly/monthly), including sales conversion analysis
- Maintain internal records, SOPs, and workflow charts
- Work with database systems (Databees, AutoCount)
Juru Area – Logistic & Fulfillment Coordinator (5.5 Days)
What You’ll Do:
- Manage inbound & outbound shipments
- Coordinate with departments, workers, and vendors for smooth logistics flow
- Handle documents & system entries accurately
- Ensure timely execution of daily operations
- Solve problems on the ground with a strong sense of responsibility
Penang Island HQ – Event & Admin Operation Support (Flexible Timing)
What You’ll Do:
- Provide administrative & quality control support
- Prepare accurate reports, documents, and keep records updated
- Track action plans and ensure deadlines are met
- Assist in Zoom sessions (mostly evenings) and support weekend activities if needed
- Collaborate with internal teams, multitask under tight timelines
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required
Proficiency in Mandarin, Excel (basic formulas), and good communication skills are a plus.
