Warehouse & Asset Supervisor

Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Warehousing, Procurement, or related field

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse, store, logistics, asset, or site operations
• Fresh graduates with strong learning attitude are encouraged to apply
• Valid driving licence and able to drive manual pickup
• Experience in construction / plumbing / engineering industry is an advantage
• Familiar with tools, machinery, site materials, and vehicle operations
• Able to verify quotations, DOs, and basic cost control
• Strong coordination skills, record-keeping ability, and discipline
• Able to supervise storekeeper and drivers
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Office, stock records, WhatsApp coordination)
• Physically fit and able to assist with loading/unloading when required
• Forklift handling experience or licence is an added advantage

• Oversee materials, tools, and machinery in/out for site works
• Maintain accurate stock records by project and scope
• Support storekeeper in issuing and preparing materials when required
• Prepare monthly material planning orders based on site team requirements
• Ensure proper storage, tagging, and basic asset tracking

• Assist in managing and verifying tools and machinery repairs
• Source, check, and verify repair quotations
• Monitor repair costs and highlight unnecessary or repeated expenses
• Verify delivery orders (DOs) and materials upon receiving

• Monitor petrol and diesel usage for company vehicles and site usage
• Oversee basic company vehicle usage and condition
• Supervise drivers’ daily activities and coordination with site teams

• Ensure proper documentation for repairs, purchases, and deliveries
• Highlight shortages, damages, misuse, or irregularities early
• Coordinate closely with site supervisors, admin, and management
