Brand Manager (Nutrition)
The role requires direct negotiation with hospitals and relevant government departments and driving end-to-end plans inclusive of innovation.
What you'll do:
As a Brand Manager (Nutrition), your role will be pivotal in shaping the healthcare nutrition strategy for our client's portfolio. You will be responsible for planning strategies tailored to key target audiences and customising these strategies for each channel.Your excellent analytical ability will be crucial in evaluating budget sufficiencies to balance required output KPIs. You will ensure that all plans are executed on time and in full. Your role will also involve managing enquiries and complaints from hospitals or relevant government departments, as well as directly negotiating with key stakeholders on product presence and quality.
You will also be tasked with penetrating new channels for product listing and activation. Your commercial mindset will be essential in managing sales numbers and driving end-to-end plans inclusive of innovation for Healthcare Nutrition SKUs.
- Plan strategy for all key target audiences
- Customise strategy for each channel
- Evaluate sufficiencies of budgeting to balance required output KPI
- Ensure plan/activation execution on time in full
- Manage hospital/relevant government department enquiries and complaints
- Directly negotiate with hospitals' marketing and operations on product presence and quality
- Penetrate, activate and list products into new channels i.e. IVJ centres, confinement, wellness etc.
- Manage objections from key hospitals/channel Person in charge
- Manage sales number
- Drive end-to-end plan inclusive of innovation for Healthcare Nutrition SKUs.
What you bring:
As the ideal candidate for the Brand Manager (Nutrition) position, you bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. You possess a recognised degree, preferably in Science, Pharmacy, Nutrition or Dietitian. With at least 5 years of marketing/brand management experience under your belt, ideally within an FMCG or pharmaceutical environment, you have honed your skills in preparing and executing healthcare marketing brands.Your sales and marketing experience in FMCG has equipped you with a commercial mindset, crucial for this role. You have excellent cross-functional stakeholder management and communication abilities, coupled with strong analytical skills. Your leadership and interpersonal skills make you a valuable team player.
- Recognised degree, preferably in Science, Pharmacy, Nutrition or Dietitian
- At least 5 years of marketing/brand management experience in a FMCG or pharmaceutical environment
- Experience in preparing and executing healthcare marketing brands
- Sales and Marketing experience in FMCG
- Cross functional stakeholder management and communication ability
- Good analytical ability
- Leadership and interpersonal skills
- Commercial mindset
